IGatewaV Park Construction Management Services RFO12 -06 -01 <br />3. CIMA's Proposed Staffing <br />Seth D. Yeslow, AIA, NCARB — Mr. Yeslow is the Vice President and Senior Architect for CIMA. Mr. <br />Yeslow has twelve (12) years of experience in the Architecture and Construction Management profession <br />and posses the skills necessary to manage construction of complex projects with a high quality of <br />service. Mr Yeslow is the proposed lead Project / Construction Manager and will work directly with the <br />City to manage and coordinate all work on the project. Mr. Yeslow has performed these services for the <br />past decade on both public and private sector projects throughout South Florida including the past three <br />(3) years providing these services to the City of Fort Lauderdale on the construction of five (5) new <br />municipal fire stations. Mr. Yeslow's experience working on various types of projects, including municipal <br />buildings, parking structures, retail /commercial, mixed -use developments, and public amenity spaces <br />makes him well- equipped to perform the Construction Management services required on the Gateway <br />Park project. Mr. Yeslow earned his Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering and his post- <br />graduate Masters in Architecture. Mr. Yeslow is fully licensed and accredited both nationally and with the <br />State of Florida, and is a member of the American Institute of Architects, the National Council of <br />Architectural Registration Boards, and the Construction Management Association of America. In the <br />course of his professional career Mr. Yeslow has earned the following licenses and certifications: <br />• Licensed Architect, State of Florida No. AR95351 <br />• Certified Architect, NCARB No. 70056 <br />• Licensed Engineer Intern, State of Florida No. 1197ET230 <br />The following projects highlight the diverse experience of Seth D. Yeslow, AIA, NCARB on a variety of <br />building types where he performed Construction Management services. <br />Fire Station #35 & #46, City of Ft Lauderdale, FL: CIMA <br />currently provides Construction Management service on the <br />projects to the City of Ft Lauderdale, overseeing the daily <br />construction operations and managing both the Contractor and <br />the Architect to ensure completion in a timely and cost - effective <br />manner while achieving a quality product. CIMA's construction <br />management services included daily inspections, resolution of <br />project issues, processing of all RF4s and submittals, <br />construction schedule and payment requisition reviews, <br />Owner /Architect /Contractor meetings, and daily communication <br />with City staff to ensure effective communication on the project. <br />CIMA also was tasked to perform pre- construction and post - <br />construction activities including demolition of existing structures, <br />plan and contract review, coordination with all utilities providing <br />services, coordination of permitting, warranty submittal review, <br />review of claims, and submittal of all project files including as- <br />built drawings. CIMA's continued performance on these projects <br />resulted in all three stations scheduled to be completed on time <br />and under the original allocated budget. CIMA is currently <br />continuing its work with the City of Ft Lauderdale on the <br />construction of these new municipal fire stations and is <br />scheduled to perform Construction Management activities on <br />three new stations in the future. <br />CIMA's Qualification Statement Page 4of 16-4 1 <br />IN <br />
