IGatewaV Park Construction Management Services RFO12 -06 -01 3. CIMA's Proposed Staffing Seth D. Yeslow, AIA, NCARB — Mr. Yeslow is the Vice President and Senior Architect for CIMA. Mr. Yeslow has twelve (12) years of experience in the Architecture and Construction Management profession and posses the skills necessary to manage construction of complex projects with a high quality of service. Mr Yeslow is the proposed lead Project / Construction Manager and will work directly with the City to manage and coordinate all work on the project. Mr. Yeslow has performed these services for the past decade on both public and private sector projects throughout South Florida including the past three (3) years providing these services to the City of Fort Lauderdale on the construction of five (5) new municipal fire stations. Mr. Yeslow's experience working on various types of projects, including municipal buildings, parking structures, retail /commercial, mixed -use developments, and public amenity spaces makes him well- equipped to perform the Construction Management services required on the Gateway Park project. Mr. Yeslow earned his Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering and his post- graduate Masters in Architecture. Mr. Yeslow is fully licensed and accredited both nationally and with the State of Florida, and is a member of the American Institute of Architects, the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, and the Construction Management Association of America. In the course of his professional career Mr. Yeslow has earned the following licenses and certifications: • Licensed Architect, State of Florida No. AR95351 • Certified Architect, NCARB No. 70056 • Licensed Engineer Intern, State of Florida No. 1197ET230 The following projects highlight the diverse experience of Seth D. Yeslow, AIA, NCARB on a variety of building types where he performed Construction Management services. Fire Station #35 & #46, City of Ft Lauderdale, FL: CIMA currently provides Construction Management service on the projects to the City of Ft Lauderdale, overseeing the daily construction operations and managing both the Contractor and the Architect to ensure completion in a timely and cost - effective manner while achieving a quality product. CIMA's construction management services included daily inspections, resolution of project issues, processing of all RF4s and submittals, construction schedule and payment requisition reviews, Owner /Architect /Contractor meetings, and daily communication with City staff to ensure effective communication on the project. CIMA also was tasked to perform pre- construction and post - construction activities including demolition of existing structures, plan and contract review, coordination with all utilities providing services, coordination of permitting, warranty submittal review, review of claims, and submittal of all project files including as- built drawings. CIMA's continued performance on these projects resulted in all three stations scheduled to be completed on time and under the original allocated budget. CIMA is currently continuing its work with the City of Ft Lauderdale on the construction of these new municipal fire stations and is scheduled to perform Construction Management activities on three new stations in the future.
