`1
Gateway Park Construction Management Services RFQ12 -06 -01 I _
I -C
Neo River Lofts, Miami, FL: The project consists of a twenty-
one story, 199 unit loft style condominium on the west bank of
the Miami River with 2,000 square feet of commercial space, a
four level parking structure, and amenities including tennis
courts, a fitness center, a private dog park and meditation
garden, and a spa /pool deck with views overlooking downtown
Miami. The project, nestled between two bridges that cross the
F1 Miami River, was the first loft style residential development to
be built in the area and inspired a new wave of urban
residential architecture and helped pioneer the renaissance
r and revitalization of the historic riverside district, which has
I become one of Miami's most eclectic communities.
Responsibilities on the project were to provide Construction
Management support services including construction site
inspections, punch list documentation, ADA and FHA
compliance review, and project close -out procedural support.
Personal experience of Seth D. Yeslow, AIA.
One Hundred Central Avenue, Sarasota, FL: The mixed -use
project consists of an eleven story, 95 unit luxury condominium
with private resident parking in a concealed garage flanked by
townhouse residences and street level retail, including a
freestanding Whole Foods Market center anchoring the east
end of the site. The project's location in downtown Sarasota on
Main Street inspired a pedestrian friendly design with varying
awnings and canopies to provide protection from the elements,
wide sidewalks to allow for ample circulation and outdoor
seating areas, and curbside parking to enhance the urban fabric
of the site.
Responsibilities on the project were as the Project Architect for
the project's residential component, including all reviews for
ADA and FHA compliance, coordination of the design
consultants including structural, mechanical, electrical and
plumbing, and production of all construction documents
pertaining to the residential tower. Personal experience of Seth
D. Yeslow, AIA.
CIMAIs Qualification Statement Page 6of16
