GatewaV Park Construction Manamement Services RFQ12 -06 -01 _nIVAA
Dolphin Mall, Miami -Dade, FL: The project consists of a
1,400,000 square foot retail, dining and entertainment center in
West Miami -Dade, FL. The project was organized into three
main areas connected by an elliptical circulation route with a
center spine linking the interior retail and exterior entertainment
area. The center was programmed with eleven major anchor
tenants wrapping the center with hundreds of satellite retail
spaces and entertainment venues including restaurants, a
Dave & Buster's, and a 28- screen Regal Cinemas.
Significant activities on the project consisted of production of
the construction drawings of the Ramblas section of the center,
Construction Management activities during the 24 -month
construction period as well as the Project Manager responsible
for all tenant leasing coordination and documentation. Personal
experience of Seth D. Yeslow, AIA.
Mary Brickell Village, Miami, FL: The project consists of a
195,000 square foot urban retail, dining and entertainment
center with an 800 space parking garage, which was designed
to support a future high -rise condominium above. The center,
located in the financial district in downtown Miami, was
designed in a style to reflect South Florida's natural vernacular
architecture, with trellis- covered walkways and overhangs to
allow for protection from the elements and cross - ventilation to
capture the natural breezes.
i The center is organized as an urban lifestyle village with formal
public plazas on each end of the project accentuated by
preserved oak and mahogany trees, lush vegetation and water
features. The eclectic mix of tenants includes restaurants such
jas P.F. Changs and Oceanaire Seafood Grille, an LA Fitness
Center, a Blue Martini Lounge, and high -end retailers of jewelry
and fashion. Responsibilities on the project were as the Project
L Architect through the Design Development phase. Personal
experience of Seth D. Yeslow, AIA.
CIMA's Qualification Statement Page 7of16
