This has been essential <br />due to the projects extremely high profile and it is much appreciated. URS and its sub <br />consultants have shown a high level of professionalism and been diligent in their responsibilities <br />as called for under our contract helping to achieve what is projected to be a very successful <br />project. <br />To his credit Stephen Baumal achieved a harmonious working relationship with our Team, other <br />County departments and the City of Miami's representative from the start of the project along <br />with a close professional working relationship with the Developer, their consultants and <br />contractors. <br />ryI <br />� <br />s A.
