Claims management <br />At Fastrack Management & Consulting, Inc. we are contractors <br />as well as consultants. In the past we have represented clients <br />for claim management where we conducted a thorough and <br />proper review and analyzed all of the items and presented. We <br />then have helped our client get through this process. <br />in the history of Fastrack MCI's we have never been involved in <br />any claims ourselves with any clients. <br />Project close -out <br />Project close -out starts from day one at Fastrack MCI. We <br />compile a binder containing all submittals from day one. This <br />allows closeout to be a quick and thorough process. Fastrack MCI <br />usually hands in the closeout documents within a few weeks of <br />the projects completion. <br />Here at Fastrack MCI, we have someone from our firm on -site <br />regularly. This allows us to monitor the progress of the job and <br />make sure that all products meet the specified standards. <br />Whatever doesn't meet the required specifications can then be <br />replaced in a timely fashion /as not to adversely effect the <br />schedule. To make sure the client gets what they paid for <br />Fastrack MCI schedules a 9 month walk through where a <br />qualified member of our team joins the client on site to do a <br />inspection.
