PALM BEACH STATE <br />COLLEGE <br />June 6, 2012 <br />RE: Fastrack MCI <br />Letter of Recommendation <br />Gateway Park RFQ No. 12 -06 -01 <br />To Whom it may concern: <br />Palm Beach State College has had a continuous and successful partnership with Fastrack MCI <br />for several years. During that time, they have provided a full range of construction services, <br />from pre- construction estimates and feasibility studies to full construction projects. They were <br />most recently awarded a 3 -year renewable "Continuing Services Contract for Construction <br />Management Services for projects not exceeding $1,000,000" after competitive selection from <br />among South Florida's premiere construction firms. <br />It has been our experience that the diverse abilities of Fastrack MCI reflect this Client's needs <br />for creativity coupled with practicality and within a specified budget. The Fastrack MCI Team <br />has always completed their projects "On Time ", "On Budget" and without change orders <br />exceeding the established GMP. In fact, almost all projects returned money to the Owner on <br />the final applications for payment. The "lean ", hands -on approach of the management staff <br />- r- esultAad- in- lowe- r- con-st- ruc-tion- fees -, overhead- and -gene-ra+ conditions than were exhibited by- <br />competing firms on similarly sized projects. <br />One overriding and constant factor in our relationship has been the continued, personal <br />involvement of Sasha Bubanja, Principal. During lean times, when many construction firms <br />relegate the day -to -day office operations to Project Managers, Sasha has maintained and <br />balanced his involvement with this client on both a personal and professional basis. However, <br />he has also assembled a reliable team of experienced, key professional staff, led by John Lesh <br />to meet ALL of this client's needs. <br />Fastrack MCI has always demonstrated a loyal commitment to their clients and owners while <br />adhering to the highest professional standards.
