Throughout the past nine years, <br />Fastrack Management & Consulting, Inc. has worked closely with Zyscovich, Inc. as a consultant providing <br />comprehensive Cost Estimating, Scheduling and Construction Administration services for our projects. <br />Sasha Bubanja and the team at Fastrack MCI consistently provide us with quality service, and have always <br />gone above and beyond when it comes to expediting tasks and meeting our project schedules. They are <br />readily available for project meetings, be it at our office or at the project site. Fastrack MCI has been <br />invaluable to us by advising the firm on the most advantageous construction methods, materials systems <br />and structural components for the projects at hand. Their cost estimating and value engineering expertise <br />have helped us provide project Owners with the best solutions for economical operational and on -going <br />maintenance costs. <br />Fastrack MCI carefully reviews change order requests, submittals and RFI's. They have proven to be.very <br />successful at project coordination between A/E, Owner, end user and the General Contractor. Their <br />skillfulness in the review and negotiation of a guaranteed maximum price has also been a great asset to <br />our firm. They perform substantial completion inspections and punch lists, and have been instrumental <br />in obtaining timely closeouts for many of our projects.
