By managing the <br />owner furnished materials process we <br />saved the county and tax payers more <br />than $300,000. <br />SECTION 2 // QUALIFICATIONS <br />• Additionally, we will develop and /or work with design — builder to <br />develop a Building Information Model to identify and mitigate <br />conflicts in the design. Additionally, we will prepare electronic <br />walk thrus for the City in order to visualize the project. <br />• We will oversee the Owner Direct Purchase program if <br />applicable. Dependant on the ownership of the project Weitz is <br />prepared to implement this project in order to save the City of <br />Sunny Isles Beach 1.5 -2% of the project value. <br />• Weitz will provide and oversee a project safety plan for the <br />project. Our Experience Modifier Rating of .62 is 38% better <br />than the industry average. We will utilize our program in order <br />to ensure none of the City's employees or residents are put in <br />harms way.
