The 4 story City Hall includes <br />the mayor's and city manager's offices, as well as administrative, legal, fleet management, planning <br />and zoning, real estate and law enforcement divisions. It features a state -of- the -art commission <br />chamber, conferences rooms, community library, post office and lockup facility with holding cells. <br />A 57,206 SF parking structure sits beneath the western leg of the City Hall and integrates public - <br />related functions at the base. Built in phases, Weitz first constructed a new Tony Roma's restaurant <br />to replace the existing facility on site. Once opened and in full operation, crews restaged the project <br />for the construction of the new government center.
