Our work has been widely commended for both customer service and quality of management and deliverables. We are responsible for the project oversight of this large and complex project with a myriad of highly- demanding stakeholders. The long- overdue replacement for the Broward County Courthouse will be a new 17 story, LEED Silver, state -of- the -art courthouse; featuring a raised civil plaza, landscaped park space -as well as, an outdoor children's play area for families going to court. The second floor will include connector walkways for prisoners, Judges and public moving between the buildings. The project will also included enhanced area streetscape features with lighting, landscaping and wide plaza sidewalks, accessible ramps, high - quality /high- efficiency mechanical, electrical, & plumbing systems, multiple elevators, electronic court features with wi -fi throughout, and digitized Clerk of the Court facilities. The new courthouse will greatly enhance the downtown area and the state -of- the -art, environmentally - friendly design will serve as a symbol of innovation in the city.
