TAB 2: QUALIFICATIONS Florida Turf and Landscape Horticulture, Inc. is a full service landscape management company specialized in catering to large commercial and municipal properties. We create, restore and provide maintenance for healthy, great and beautiful landscapes, safely and environmentally friendly. We have the knowledge, qualifications and experience to transform the City of Sunny Isles from its current condition to a first class quality "A" public property. Henry Perdomo, principal owner of Florida Turf is certified by the following Industry Recognized Organizations for his outstanding accomplishments, achievements, knowledge and specialized skills: ISA International Society of Arborist, FNGLA's Certified Landscape Contractor (FCLC, FNGLA Certified Horticulture Professional (FCHP), FNGLA's Certified Landscape Technician (FCLT), BEST MANAGEMENT_ PRACTICES, CERTIFIED PEST CONTROL OPERATOR, CERTIFIED IRRIGATION CONTRACTOR. It is our intent to exceed the requirements of this RFP by implementing numerous control plans. An _ example, is our quality control plan below: ANNUAL EXECUTION PLAN We will provide an Annual Execution Plan to include a detailed breakdown of all the work to be performed on a monthly basis by Task and Site, and shall also include a breakdown of the labor force and equipment to be used on a monthly basis. We will also provide an initial execution plan within fourteen (14) days of execution of the Contract. These plans will be provided on blueprint 24" by 36" sheets. QUALITY CONTROL PLAN FLORIDA TURF AND LANDSCAPE HORTICULTURE, INC. is committed to continuous quality improvement. When developing a proposal for a large project, we'll outline our management plan, customer feedback program, safety /security program, and quality control process using a team approach to maximize quality and accountability. Each team, as a unit, has responsibility for the services performed. Working together, they ensure that all FLORIDA TURF quality requirements are satisfied on each assignment. Commitment to Quality This team approach can also be seen in our quality control plan. The assigned Project Manager trains the team on quality standards and makes planned and random inspections, while crew chiefs and grounds maintenance workers review and report about each area on which they work. Monthly quality sessions allow the team to identify and adjust processes to maximize quality results. Our Quality Control plan emphasizes the prevention and early detection of all possible deficiencies. The plan includes a detailed corrective action cycle to provide quick response if a problem develops.
