G2. thru G21 Removal of all litter shall be conducted 7 days a week. <br />BEACH ACCESS WITH LANDSCAPING, Ellen Wynne Beach Access at 192nd Street and Collins Ave <br />Pier Park Beach Access at 16501 Collins Ave. <br />BEACH ACCESS WITH NO LANDSCAPING. For the beach access with no landscaping and that are completely <br />brick paved or maintained by the adjacent property, the proposer shall only provide pricing for the removal <br />of litter 7 days a week. <br />I. PARKING LOTS on a One day a week cycle. 11. thru 16 Removal of all litter shall be conducted 7 days a <br />week. <br />J. GOVERNMENT FACILITIES on a One day a week cycle J1. - J10 Removal of all litter shall be conducted 7 <br />days a week. <br />Additional Specific Task will be provided with our Annual Work Program within 14 days of contract execution <br />and prior to the notice to proceed. <br />ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING OUR EXPERIENCE, EXPERTISE <br />AND ABOUT OUR CERTIFICATIONS <br />The FNGLA's Certified Landscape Technician (FCLT) program is designed to measure the skills of practicing <br />landscape installation technicians. This program serves as a means to train employees, recognize their <br />achievement and raise the standards of working professionals within Florida's landscape industry. <br />FCLT is offered as a stand -alone certification and marketed to the landscape industry as an employee <br />training, recognition and advancement program. This hands -on approach to certification is designed for the <br />true landscape installation technician. Those qualified to sit for the FCLT exam must have a minimum of 1 <br />year experience in Florida's horticulture /landscape industry. The FCLT testing is offered at various test sites <br />throughout Florida and candidates must pass a comprehensive 10 -part field exam to earn the FCLT <br />designation. <br />The FNGLA Certified Horticulture Professional (FCHP) program is the industry's only standard for measuring <br />horticulture knowledge on everything from plant and pest identification to landscape management. <br />FCHP promotes professionalism among horticulture professionals, including nursery, greenhouse, landscape <br />and retail garden center employees. The FCHP program has been in existence since 1984 with more than <br />1,300 certified professionals statewide. Qualified candidates must pass a comprehensive four -part online <br />written exam to demonstrate knowledge about plant identification, disease and insect control, plant biology <br />and landscape management. This exam is a 3 -hour written test measuring proficiency in horticultural <br />practices where individuals must demonstrate knowledge about plant identification, disease and insect <br />FLORIDA TURF AND LANDSCAPE RFP 12 -05 -01 Page 4 of 26 <br />
