Applicant proposes to construct two (2) additional residential <br /> rental apartment buildings ("Proposed Buildings") at 190 feet tall, with 127 units each, and a <br /> parking structure (collectively the °Proposed Project"). The Proposed Project contains a total of <br /> approximately 717,748 square feet of floor area and 589 total units (including 35 units to be <br /> provided as workforce housing units). Applicant seeks approval based on unifying the Property via <br /> a unity of title. Further, Applicant seeks to dedicate a portion of the Property to the City via a <br /> permanent easement for use by the City as a park. <br /> ' The folio numbers are as follows: Northern Parcel: 31-2214-010-0060; Southern Parcel: 31-2214-013-0010; and <br /> Eastern Parcel:31-2214-008-0080. <br /> 2 The existing 336 unit building will be renovated to provide a total of 335 units.
