Existing <br /> parking meters will still be available. <br /> PayByPhone has current contracts locally with the Miami Parking <br /> Authority, Miami-Dade County Parks (including Haulover Park), Coral <br />• <br /> Gables, South Miami, Surfside and Fort Lauderdale. <br /> FUNDING SOURCE: <br /> The fees collected from users could be up to $5,000 per month once <br /> the application is being fully utilized (and is not estimated to exceed <br /> $60,000 annually). The fees will be invoiced by PayByPhone on a <br /> monthly basis and paid by check from the proceeds of the additional <br /> parking fees collected through the City.
