SECTION 3 <br /> STAFFING <br /> PROJECT TEAM QUALIFICATIONS <br /> Iron Sky has completed numerous projects around the country of similar and larger scope. <br /> Below are the resumes for the team members that will be responsible for the success of the City <br /> of Sunny Isles Beach project. <br /> Jay Thompson <br /> Director of Special Projects <br /> Mr. Thompson will function as the overall Project Manager <br /> Iron Sky believes in a One-Throat-To-Choke model of project management and this project will <br /> be assigned to Jay Thompson, Iron Sky's Director of Special Projects. Mr. Thompson has <br /> significant experience managing projects containing more moving parts than this project for <br /> Ballenlsles. Mr. Thompson will manage the team that coordinates all Iron Sky and <br /> subcontractor activities to ensure the successful delivery of this project on-time and on-budget. <br /> To maintain consistency after the project has been delivered Mr. Thompson will also be the On- <br /> Site System Subject Matter Expert. <br /> Jay Thompson has been with Iron Sky for over 2 years and brings extensive, successful project <br /> management experience to the Ballenlsles video surveillance project. He is a Registered <br /> Communications Distribution Designer(RCDD) and a Network Transport Specialist (NTS)with <br /> L the Building Industry Consulting Services International (BICSI). He is a Limited Energy License <br /> holder for Florida, Georgia and Tennessee and holds all manufacturer certifications for the <br /> equipment contained in this proposal. <br /> Summary of Experience: <br /> Mr. Thompson has been involved in all projects for Iron Sky's Southeast clients from design to <br /> deployment to subcontractor management. Mr. Thompson began his career with Electronic <br /> Data Systems in Detroit, MI. Assigned primarily to the General Motors account, Mr. Thompson <br /> spent 17 years helping maintain state of the art communication technology in General Motors <br /> plants and office environments. Advancing quickly in responsibilities and authority, Mr. <br /> Thompson held positions in engineering, project management and leadership. Noteworthy <br /> accomplishments are the design and implementation of a method to provide for a LAN room <br /> environment and cabling method on the factory floor through the use of NEMA-12 enclosures. <br /> The solution was implemented in all GM factory environments and is still in use today. Rapid <br /> advances in networking technology in the late 1990's required network upgrades at the layer 2 <br /> and 3 level in the factories at a rapid pace. Mr. Thompson was instrumental in the design and <br /> implementation of a network staging center in Madison Heights MI. At this facility the plants <br /> entire communication network was created and configured. Proof of concept and customer <br /> acceptance occurred at this facility. The equipment was then packaged as a complete solution, <br /> shipped to the factory and installed. Meanwhile the fiber optic and copper infrastructure was <br /> being installed in the plant. This unique method of implementation provided for an estimated <br /> 30% increase in implementation efficiency. <br /> Mr. Thompson continued his career in 2000 with Custom Cable Industries in Tampa Florida.
