In addition to event driven ongoing communication, weekly project status reports shall be used <br /> to communicate progress, issues and upcoming tasks. Face to face meetings shall occur as <br /> necessary to solve project challenges while still retaining efficiency. <br /> Iron Sky's project manager will submit a Project Status Report and Project Change Control form <br /> every Friday documenting Iron Sky's progress against task assignments. <br /> The Project Status Report provides the following information: <br /> • Overview of tasks completed during the report period <br /> • Overview of tasks in process <br /> • Problems encountered and steps to resolution <br /> • Corrective action if project is not on schedule <br /> The Project Change Control form provides the following information for each change request: <br /> • Reason for change request <br /> • Impact to schedule, cost or any other aspect of project <br /> • Signatures of the authorizing client party <br /> These forms can be found in the Attachments section of this response. <br /> Iron Sky Response to the City of Sunny Isles Beach Request For Proposal#12-09-01 <br /> Section 4 Page 64 <br />
