11)System shall provide capability to network the current patrol vehicles so that <br /> patrol vehicles shall be able to access the ALPR system via a vendor provided <br /> web server. <br /> Meets: The VXLPR Enterprise platform is a web based platform for client access. <br /> The web server provides a secure interface into the LPR system and the data. Users <br /> in patrol vehicles would login with their assigned credentials and have access to the <br /> same real-time data as when logged into the system from anywhere else. Also, the <br /> nature of the web based system reduces the need for City IT personnel to install <br /> software on patrol vehicle computers and simplifies firewall and vpn access. The <br /> system can be used with no software installed. Patrol vehicles can get popup and <br /> audible alerts from the web portal with no additional software required. The VXLPR <br /> alert tray tool application is also available at no charge. <br /> 12)System shall provide the capability to conduct manual searches against <br /> recorded data, including the ability to search for partial plates. <br /> Meets: The VXLPR system provides a full range of search tools directly from the <br /> web portal, including partial plate, date/time ranges, search by all or specific <br /> cameras, date ranges, geographic area, alerts types, database types, categories, <br /> and may other options. <br /> 13)System shall include availability to obtain a five (5) year maintenance <br /> agreement on all hardware, software, and software upgrades. <br /> Meets: The proposal includes pricing for a 5 year maintenance agreement covering <br /> all aspects of the system. Pricing is provided in the appropriate section. <br /> 14)System shall be ruggedized according to generally accepted standards for <br /> electronic equipment used for exterior fixed locations (i.e. able to operate in <br /> expected Florida temperatures to include heat, moisture, salt spray and <br /> hurricane windows) without loss of data or functionality. <br /> Meets: Aware Digital has extensive experience in outdoor equipment mounting in <br /> South Florida. With over 140 CCTV cameras installed just north of Sunny Isles in the <br /> City of Hallandale Beach, since 2007.
