15)System shall provide capability to interface, download, upload, and <br /> communicate with existing computers. <br /> Meets: The system uses a client web interfaces to allow quick and easy interfacing, <br /> searching, uploading of lists, downloading of images and reports and all other <br /> associated information. No additional software is needed and the system can be <br /> used on Windows, Mac, Linux and mobile devices. <br /> 16)System shall using advanced camera, recognition, and database technology, <br /> automatically capture images of vehicle license plate numbers and instantly <br /> check those numbers against a variety of vehicle "hot files" held in the system <br /> databases. <br /> Meets: The VXPR system runs EVERY plate captured in REAL-TIME against the <br /> central database server. This database server incorporates ALL host lists and hot <br /> files, including all FDLE provided lists, NCIC, customer provided lists, custom lists, <br /> covert lists and can integrate into larger systems such as the one recently installed <br /> by Aware Digital at Miami Dade Police Department. <br /> 17)Files shall be customizable to include but not limited to; wanted subjects, <br /> wanted vehicles, daily updates due to amber alerts, terrorist alerts, general <br /> broadcast, newly stolen, or other critical or spontaneous `vehicles of interest'. <br /> Meets: The list management system within VXLPR is very customizable. It allows for <br /> custom categories to be created within user defined lists on the fly. In addition <br /> custom categories are created whenever new lists are imported or updated. For <br /> example the following list of categories from the FCIC import filter: Stolen Vehicle, <br /> Stolen License Plate, Abandoned Vehicle, Wanted Person, Felony Vehicle, <br /> Protection Order Subject, Florida Writ of Bodily Attachment Subject, Located <br /> Vehicle, Located License Plate, Missing Person/Disability, Amber/Orange Alert. Lists <br /> and categories can be modified at any time. <br /> 18)The system must be able to include and update local Hot file of license plates <br /> generated, housed, and maintained by the Police Department to supplement <br /> FCIC/NCIC Hot files. <br /> Meets: The VXLPR system allows for an unlimited number of user created lists. <br /> These lists can be imported manually or setup for automatic import and update. Any <br /> list created by the Police Department is automatically updated and all incoming plate <br /> (by <br /> Aware Digital Inc. Request for Proposal No. 12-09-01 Page 13 of 29 <br />
