Trained personnel on <br /> communications systems, antennas and associated voice/data communications <br /> equipment. <br /> Qualifications and certifications of service personnel, project designers, project <br /> managers. <br /> Aware Digital, Inc. personnel are fully trained by the manufacturers on all these products and <br /> authorized to provide end user training. <br /> Director of Field Operations <br /> This position will drive this project overseeing and directing all areas to ensure that all <br /> implementations meet and/or exceed quality assurance standards. Through open lines of <br /> communications with all Directors and Project Manager the Director of Field Operations will <br /> ensure that the project is kept on track. <br /> Project Manager <br /> Senior Project Manager will be working with the Director of Field Operations and Director of <br /> Engineering ensuring that the entire project is kept within desired timetables and budgetary <br /> constraints. <br /> Director of Engineering <br /> While ultimately responsible for the initial design of this proposals response, the Director of <br /> Engineering will also be responsible for all quality controls of the project and ensuring the <br /> ultimate functionality of the end product. This position will work with all field personnel and assist <br /> in any unforeseen issues which are beyond the field technician leaders capabilities. <br /> Field Operations Team Leader <br /> This position will oversee all field technicians and assign responsibilities and day-to-day tasking <br /> of all field technicians. The Team Leader will also work closely with the Director of Engineering <br /> on any issues which are beyond his capacity and/or area of expertise. In addition the Team <br /> Leader will communicate regularly with the Project Manager to ensure that all timetables are <br /> kept and work through any delays due to acts of nature. <br /> Aware Digital Inc.
