This proposal does not <br /> include the cost of all off duty details and any cost in the coordination and permitting <br /> with the City of Sunny Isles Beach. Street closures if required will be coordinated <br /> through all the proper entities and with the City. <br /> Aware Digital has determined that the key milestone for moving this project forward will <br /> be as follows: <br /> • Project Kick-Off <br /> • Final Permit Set Completion <br /> • Permit Approval <br /> • Each objective also constitutes a significant milestone <br /> • Project Sign Off <br /> Plan to Prevent Down Time and Data Loss <br /> Aware Digital, Inc. has designed the proposed system to be both cost effective and <br /> resilient at the same time. The following items are proposed to prevent system down <br /> time: <br /> • All node positions have an internal UPS unit to prevent system down time from <br /> power outages. <br /> • All equipment uses industry standard and approved lightning suppression and <br /> NEC grounding techniques to minimize damage from lightning and power surges. <br /> • All equipment on the system will be monitored by a network monitoring system <br /> (NMS) installed in the Municipal Complex. This will allow for instant notifications <br /> of equipment malfunction and/or failure. <br /> Plan to Prevent Down Time <br /> Aware Digital has designed the proposed system to be both cost effective and resilient <br /> at the same time.
