BID WY 2006 -21MG-002 CITY OF HALLANDALE BEACH PAGE S OF35 FLORIDA SPECIFICATIONS THIS IS NOT AN ORDER UNIFORM ITIEM: MUM PLIRCHAEL C SCOPE. The City of Hallandale Beach is seeking a supplier to provide Police uniforms. The selected vendor shall provide uniforms manufactured to City specifications, and stock inventory In sufficient sizes and quantities to fill orders within fourteen (14) calendar days. Vendor shall be required to perform Initial measurements, fittings and alterations of uniforms for all personnel, and schedule periodic fittings and alterations as necessary. Non - standard size uniforms will be delivered to the City of Hallandale Beach within thirty (30) days after receiving orders from the Police Department. AN uniforms, etc., will be purchased "as required ". All invoices will reflect employee name, type clothing and accessories (insignia's, etc). CONTRACT TERM: This contract will Commence as stipulated in the Notice of Award kr ter which is distributed by the General Services Department. This contract shalt remain in effect for three (3) years provided that the services rendered by the Contractor during the contract period are satisfactory and that City funding is available as appropriated on an annual basis. The price offered by the Bidder in its Bid Proposal shall be based on service for the stipulated contract period. There are three (3) additional one (1) year renewals, if in the best Interest of the City and if mutually acceptable to the City and the Contractor. Contract may be cancelled within thirty (30) days written notice by the City of HallarxWe Beach. The contract will allow up to a 2% percent increase for each renewal. Vendor to submit Labor Rates applicable to this contract to Hallandale Beach Police designee for any renewal year, as requested by the City. CONDITIQN: 1. All orders placed during the Police Uniform Contract will be "AS REQUIRED" Sizes are to be determined by the successful bidder's measurements of City personnel to be uniformed. 2. Vendor must submit samples of each proposed uniform for inspection of material, Color and construction. Samples must be identified by providing name of vendor on each garment. Samples will not be returned.
