Commercial General Liability: <br />$1, 000,000 combined single UM per occurrence for bodily injury, personal injury and <br />property damage. <br />B. Auto Liability: <br />$300,000 combined single limit per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage <br />arising from the operations of all Corned Automobiles, Nonowned Automobile and <br />Hired Automobiles. <br />C. Workers' Compensation: <br />Workers' Compensation Insurance as required by the State of Florida. <br />D. Employer's LiabiW. <br />$100,000 limit per occurrence, <br />$500,000 annual aggregate for disease, <br />$100,000 limit for disease of an individual employee. <br />A. Deductibles/SeN- Insurance Retentions Defined: <br />AN deductibles and self-insured reiendoons must be shown clearly on the Certificates of <br />Insurance and approved by the City. <br />B. Retention Levels: <br />The City has the option to reduce or eliminate any deductible or self - insured retention <br />maintained by the supplier. <br />IV. Mer Insurance Provisions <br />The policies shall contain the following provisions: <br />A. Additional Insured and Certificate <br />All insurances shall include as Additional Insured and Certificate Holder the City of <br />Hallandale. There are not to be any special limitations on the protection being provided <br />to the City, its officials, officers, employees or volunteers. <br />
