BOND RELATED WORK <br /> Price shown below is for providing all bond related services as stated in Appendix A, Scope of Services, • <br /> Section 4(A). <br /> Table 1 <br /> Price Per$1,000 Per Bond Issue For Bond Related Work <br /> Up to$150 million $0.75 per$1,000 • <br /> • Between $150 million and $225 million . $0.50 per$1,000 <br /> Over$225 million $0.25 per$1,000 <br /> Table 2 <br /> Minimum/Maximum Charge per Bond Issue <br /> Minimum Charge $25,000 <br /> Maximum Charge $175,000 <br /> • <br /> Notes: <br /> • <br /> 1) Price per$1,000 per Bond Issue includes all expenses to be paid per bond work under the contract. <br /> These expenses include administrative fees, such as telephone, mailing, faxes, duplicating charges, <br /> overnight mail, parking, and out of pocket expenses, except travel expenses incurred in connection with <br /> • <br /> a bond issue. Such travel expenses shall"be limited to $10,000 per bond issue, unless otherwise <br /> approved, in writing and in advance, by the Finance Director for extraordinary circumstances. Refer to <br /> Section 5;0,Article 7, regarding adherence to CH.112.061 of the Florida Statutes for travel expenses. <br /> 2) Notwithstanding the per bond rate stated below, there shall be a minimum charge per bond issue and a <br /> maximum charge per bond issue (Table 2 above). If the applicable charge based on the•per$1,000 per <br /> bond issue for bond related work rate listed above in Table 1, is less than the minimum charge per <br /> bond issue listed in Table 2,then the minimum charge per bond issue listed in Table 2 shall prevail. <br /> 3) If the applicable charge based on the per $1,000 per bond issue for bond related work rate listed in <br /> Table 1, is more than the maximum charge per bond issue, listed in Table 2, then the maximum charge <br /> per bond issue listed in Table 2 shall be applied. <br /> 4) Notwithstanding the above, the actual amount paid by the County shall be based on the actual bonds <br /> issue, on a per bond rate basis. <br /> B. NON BOND RELATED WORK <br /> The not-to-exceed hourly rates shown below are for the various staff levels to complete the required tasks and <br /> deliverables as stated in Appendix A, Section 4(B).
