B. Hot Weather Concreting: Proposed methods for compliance with hot weather <br /> production and delivery requirements of ACI 305. <br /> C. Certificates: <br /> 1. Submit with each design mix, laboratory test reports and mill and <br /> manufacturer's certificates attesting to conformance of ingredients with <br /> specifications. <br /> 2. In case the sources, brand of characteristic properties of the ingredients <br /> need to be varied during the term of the Contract, submit revised laboratory <br /> mix report for approval. <br /> 3. Submit certification for each admixture used certifying that it is identical in <br /> Composition to the sample used for design mix approval, and is compatible <br /> with all other materials in the design mix and is contained in the current List <br /> of Approved Products of the State of Florida Department of Transportation, <br /> Office of Materials and Research. <br /> 4. Chloride determination shall be provided by the Contractor who will certify <br /> that there are no chloride contents in the concrete. Properly executed <br /> certificates showing the chloride content will be required for acceptance of <br /> any structural element constructed under these specifications. The Engineer <br /> reserves the right to monitor the chloride content through test on samples <br /> obtained by his own personnel. <br /> D. Batch Tickets: Submit a delivery ticket from the concrete supplier with each batch <br /> delivered to the site setting forth the following information: <br /> 1. Name of ready-mix batch plant. <br /> 2. Serial number of ticket. <br /> 3. Date and truck number. <br /> 4. Name of contractor. <br /> 5. Job number. <br /> 6. Specific classes or designation of concrete. <br /> 7. Quantity of concrete (cubic yards). <br /> 8. Time loaded or first mixing of cement and aggregates. <br /> 9.
