<br />City of Sunny Isles Beach |Request for Proposal No. 17-04-01 13 <br /> <br />Section 3 <br />Scope of Services / Technical Specifications <br /> <br />3.1 BACKGROUND <br /> <br />The City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, (the “City”) a municipality located in Miami -Dade County, <br />Florida, is requesting a licensed company to furnish, install and maintain outdoor Interactive <br />Informational Touch Screen Kiosks, including, software implementation and license, configuration, <br />maintenance, support and professional services at various locations on City Property. The City seeks <br />to enhance its residents, visitor and tourist experience by offering Interactive Informational Touch <br />Screen Kiosks at strategic sites throughout the city. The purpose of these kiosks would be to provide <br />information about current and upcoming events, park location, city shuttle service, county bus <br />service, location way finder, beach conditions, weather, traffic, date, time and additional City facts <br />that enlightens the user stay while in Sunny Isles Beach. The selected Proposer shall be responsible <br />for installation, calibration, and testing the Kiosks and insuring proper functionality prior to general <br />public use. <br /> <br />3.2 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS AND MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />3.21 HARDWARE <br /> Minimum of 55 inch LED touch screen high definition (1920x1080p) color outdoor display <br /> Outdoor enclosure to include environmental protection (cooling, humidifier, salt & sand <br />resistance, sun glare, etc.) <br /> Vandalism safeguards <br /> Network connectivity (hardwired and wireless) <br /> Electrical requirements <br /> Shipping and packing <br /> Warranty (initial) <br /> Warranty extension 5 years minimum <br /> Provide hardware requirement for both server and end points <br /> <br /> 3.22 SOFTWARE <br /> Content Management <br /> Manage content and approval for simplified delivery <br /> Support creation and design of digital screen layouts with availability to divide screen into <br />multiple distinct regions <br /> Scheduling of content options available for each distinct region of screen <br /> Support static, dynamic and live content in each distinct region of screen <br /> User Interactive – guest can drill down to obtain additional information <br /> Populate content using “drop and drag” interface <br /> Support Custom Design Graphics <br /> Multilingual (English, Russian, Spanish) <br /> Support Live Video Streaming <br /> Capability to interface with existing Apps (SIB bus Shuttle) <br /> Remote management and monitoring
