<br />City of Sunny Isles Beach |Request for Proposal No. 17-04-01 18 <br /> <br />Section 4 <br />Evaluation Process <br /> <br />4.1 REVIEW OF PROPOSALS FOR RESPONSIVENESS <br /> <br />Each proposal will be reviewed to determine if the proposal is responsive to the submission <br />requirements outlined in the solicitation. A responsive proposal is one which follows the <br />requirements of this solicitation that includes all documentation, is submitted in the format <br />outlined in this solicitation, is of timely submission, and has the appropriate signatures as <br />required on each document. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the <br />proposal being deemed non-responsive. The contract will be awarded to the lowest <br />responsible and responsive proposer whose proposal best serves the interest of and <br />represents the best value to the City in conformity with section 62-8 of the City code. <br /> <br />4.2 QUALIFICATIONS <br /> <br />Proposals shall include the following: <br /> <br />Technical Qualifications <br />1. Proposer’s relevant experience, qualifications and past performance. <br />2. Vendor has an office inside Miami‐ <br />Dade, Broward or West Palm Beach County <br />3. Proposers approach methodology to providing the services requested in this <br />solicitation. Including response time and number of staff assigned to project <br />4. Warranty and support services for main and ancillary <br />equipment <br />5. Proposers prototype artwork, drawings or illustrations to demonstrate the vendor’s <br />artistic creativity style and portrayal of the City of Sunny Isles Beach <br />Price <br />6. Detailed breakdown of products, services and their associated <br />costs. <br /> <br /> 4.2.1 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION <br /> <br />In order to be considered, Proposers shall provide sufficient information including <br />prototype artwork, drawings or illustrations to demonstrate the proposers artistic creativity <br />and style portraying a distinctive image for the City of Sunny Isles Beach (submission <br />shall not be limited to the information below). All requested documentation and/or <br />information shall be provided in the Proposal. Proposers failing to provide sufficient <br />documentation detailing their qualifications, experience and extent and implications of <br />proposal shall not be considered. <br /> <br /> <br />
