<br />City of Sunny Isles Beach |Request for Proposal No. 17-04-01 21 <br /> <br />The size and experience of the company staff pool from which staff assigned to the contract <br />can be drawn. The composition of the staff team should include: <br /> <br /> The names of the employees in the area responsible for this contract <br /> Their function in the company. <br /> The name of the person who will be responsible for the coordination of work. <br /> <br />4. APPROACH / METHODOLOGY <br />Proposer’s approach methodology to providing the services requested in this solicitation <br /> <br /> Suitability of the methodologies and approaches used in achieving tasks <br /> Overall organization to completing the project <br /> Ability to meet desired timelines and deadlines <br /> <br />5. COST PROPOSAL – Include on Attachment A <br /> 1. Total fee for completion of the installation including labor and configuration for (2) <br /> Kiosk hardware, indicate make and model <br /> 2. Total fee for Enterprise Software License Fee <br /> 3. The normal hourly rate of each principal and staff member whose resume is provided <br /> or whose job category may be required. <br /> 4. A list of anticipated reimbursable expenses and the rate charged for each. <br /> 5. Annual maintenance fee for hardware and software support <br /> 6. Extended Warranty for hardware/equipment/devices <br /> 7. Software maintenance and technical support service fee <br /> 8. Professional Service Fee (Hourly Rate) <br /> 9. Training Fee (Hourly Rate) <br /> 10. Any reduced fees offered to other municipalities, governmental entities <br /> 11. Miscellaneous cost/fees must be included. <br /> Total amount must be written out for initial two (2) Kiosk <br />implementation <br /> Payment Terms – initial deposit, payment schedule per project phases <br /> Proposer shall specify if these prices for the hardware and software will <br />remain fixed and firm upon renewals and additional purchases <br /> Note: The City reserves the right to negotiate a lower or different fee structure with any <br /> firm that is selected. <br /> <br />
