Shipping prepaid by Mighty Touch and direct <br /> billed or prepaid and billed by Mighty Touch to the client is subject to administrative fees. <br /> • Best Way(LTL) shipping is FOB our dock via common carrier and delivered to the customer's dock. <br /> White Glove Delivery <br /> White Glove shipping is delivered via Mighty Touch's own transport and driver and remains under Mighty <br /> Touch control for the duration of the shipment. The delivery will be brought into the facility by Mighty <br /> Touch staff, packaging removed, disposed of, and the kiosk will be set at the location requested by the <br /> client. The Mighty Touch delivery staff will clean the inside and outside of the kiosk as well as perform <br /> basic hardware diagnostics to assure the unit functions properly. Ask your sales rep for a quote on this <br /> preferred customer service. <br /> • Point to Point direct transport by a Mighty Touch driver <br /> • Inside delivery and placement in your designated location <br /> • Basic hardware diagnostics conducted to ensure good operating condition <br /> • Thorough cleaning of kiosk <br /> • Removal of carton, packaging and all drayage <br /> White glove delivery assumes the quoted units are delivered at one time. If the delivered quantity varies <br /> from the purchased quantity, applicable charges will be assessed. <br /> **Note** All delivery information must be provided a minim of 14 days prior to the intended delivery <br /> date, late changes may result in additional cost. <br /> Support Services <br /> Standard Included Warranty <br /> The units are sold with a standard included warranty at no additional charge. This warranty covers <br /> enclosure parts for a term of one year against defect in manufacture.This warranty is not renewable and <br /> cannot be extended beyond the initial one-year term. It is a "remove and replace parts" warranty only, <br /> and requires that covered parts be returned to Mighty Touch's facility for repair or replacement. <br /> Replacement parts will be shipped to the customer within five (5) business days of receipt of defective <br /> part(s) at the Mighty Touch facility. Warranty coverage includes only repair or replacement of covered <br /> parts for term specified.This warranty also covers the replacement parts for the remainder of the original <br /> warranty term against defect in manufacture. Damage due to neglect or vandalism, or any occurrence <br /> other than a specifically covered defect, is not covered by the warranty.
