These elements are reviewed with <br /> the client and a detailed timeline is established. Examples of these elements are typical milestones <br /> to establish a production timeline: <br /> • CHK reviews project scope, features and goals with City <br /> • CHK obtains client design elements(font types,corporate colors,customer service messaging, <br /> etc.) <br /> • CHK reviews real-time and scheduled data integration requirements and objectives <br /> • CHK develops detailed development and task timeline/project management document <br /> • City issues approved Task Order (NTP) <br /> • CHK initiates a job bag for internal tracking <br /> • CHK develops design and user interface concepts and features <br /> ® • City and CHK hold design reviews and clarifies any ambiguities in goals and deliverables <br /> • CHK starts development <br /> • CHK's design department interprets and incorporates the guest information into the design <br /> such as events,weather, mobility, mapping,wayfinding, points of interest and any other content <br /> required by City. <br /> • CHK's data integration team begins developing and programming of content <br /> • CHK implements designs and presents product for review and testing of user interface. <br /> • CHK and City document any changes required <br /> • CHK implements changes. <br /> • CHK presents changes for review <br /> • City signs off <br /> • CHK and City review site location and develop plan for implementation of power, network, <br /> security, on-site management and remote monitor and management <br /> • CHK builds finished product and performs 120 hours at designated internal testing site. <br /> • City/CHK moves final product to designated final location(s) <br /> • CHK and City hold product review conference calls on a monthly basis for the next 90 days. <br /> May 9, 2017 Confidential page 29 of 32 <br />
