<br />City of Sunny Isles Beach |Request for Proposal No. 12-05-01 38A <br /> <br /> <br />Move the Life Guard Stands on the beaches in the City. This proposal item is <br />intended to include both normal operating conditions and extreme weather <br />conditions. The Proposers, in either case, the Proposers must always respond <br />and have begun work within four hours of notification unless otherwise <br />authorized in writing by the City. <br /> <br />K12 GRAFFITI <br /> <br />Cover over or remove, as directed by the City, any graffiti. This proposal item is <br />intended to include all work, including any needed repairs required to al low the <br />graffiti to be addressed. All work must begin within eight hours of being notified <br />by the City, and the work must proceed continuously and expeditiously until the <br />job is completed. The Proposers is responsible for immediately notifying the City <br />of any graffiti found during the regular servicing and inspection of the City. <br /> <br />Note. This shall included the removal of the Graffiti along the barrier walls of <br />the William Lehman Cswy. <br /> <br />K13 LEVEL THE FIELDS <br /> <br />Level the fields with sand. This applicatio n must conform with strict industry <br />standards and the utmost care must be provided by the vendor to protect visitors <br />and residents during the application. This item must be coordinated and <br />approved by the City in a manner acceptable to the City. It will be required that <br />at least one application by provided when the fields are sliced as per <br />specifications. The Proposers are responsible for immediately notifying the City of <br />the need to level the field in order to maintain the appearance of the field per <br />section 3.1. <br /> <br />3.11 L. GENERAL TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br />Accompanying these specifications is a list defining areas to be maintained. By submitting a <br />proposal, the proposer certifies that he/she is familiar with the sites and the proposed scope of <br />work, prior to submitting a proposal. The City reserves the righ t to remove specific locations on <br />a temporary or permanent basis, as deemed appropriate. <br /> <br /> 3.11.1 STORAGE AND OPERATION SITE <br /> <br />The Contractor must operate their own storage and operation site (That is independent <br />from the satellite facility noted above). The City reserves the right to inspect this facility <br />prior to award of proposal, and at any time during the course of this contract. <br /> <br />3.8.2 SATELLITE FACILITY <br />
