Section F states, “Respondents must provide at least three (3) references of <br />work within the last 5 years…” Is the City requesting three references in addition <br />to the three requested as part of the “Reference Questionnaire” Form? <br />The three references provided will need to complete the Reference <br />Questionnaire Form. <br />5. The Conflict of Interest Form, Section 18.2, References Landscape Maintenance <br />Services, with signature dates for 2010. Will the City be issuing a revised Conflict <br />of Interest form? <br />A revised Conflict of Interest form has been attached to this addendum. <br />6. Could you please provide the name of the incumbent firm or firms. <br /> <br />There is no “incumbent” firm as this is the first time a formal RFQ for <br />Professional Planning and Zoning Consulting Services including Civil and Traffic <br />Engineering is being advertised. However, the City has worked with multiple <br />firms on various project including, Bell David Planning Group and The Corradino <br />Group. <br /> <br />7. Our PM has 30 years of relevant experience, but no AICP. Would experience be <br />considered as a substitution for the certification? <br /> <br />No substitution for the AICP will be permitted. <br /> <br />8. Section F, Page 21 of the Request for Qualifications asks for “a resume for all <br />proposed personnel on the Respondent’s team that will be assigned to the <br />Contract to meet the requirements of the Solicitation documents.” However, <br />Section E asks for a completed SF330 (which would include resumes as well). <br />Please advise in which section/format resumes should be included. <br /> <br />Please refer to answer # 3. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />END OF SECTION
