conduit from the load on the loads on the 4th floor to the existing generator <br />room or main electrical room is not included. <br />Chiller and AHU , controls modification repairs or replacement or New <br />chiller demand load management equipment is NIC <br />Redistribution of loads to new generator may be done in the most cost <br />effective location. <br />System shall be added to lightning protection loop. <br />Generator shall be equipped with a double walled steel base day tank <br />capable of 8 hours minimum continuous operation on diesel fuel. Entire <br />system must be connected to existing main storage tank through existing <br />plumbing in the generator room. All controls, switches, valves, pumps must <br />be installed to provide the same operation and intent of the existing day <br />tank and system configuration as shown in attached diagram. <br />Work will include tie downs, and generator and associated equipment and <br />shall be installed on a level Aluminum frame or suitable slab capable of <br />distributing the weight across the foot print of the generator and adjacent <br />area required for weight distribution, meeting all wind load and building <br />code requirements. The generator will be protected on driving side of the <br />parking garage by a 4 inch schedule 40 steel bollard painted yellow - <br />minimum 2 locations <br />City may elect to exercise a direct purchase option to save on sales tax <br />expenses. <br /> <br />15 Base bid Fountain waterproofing, tile/wall repair <br /> <br />Remove tile from base of wall in fountain up to the level of the top of the <br />fountain pool and NTE 1 foot- 12 inches above the waterline. <br /> <br />Install new tile to match existing or other finish acceptable to city NTE 100 <br />square feet, apply Aquafin -2K/M Flexible Cementitious Protective & <br />Waterproof Coating to fountain bottom and sides up to top of removed tile. <br /> <br />See attached “fountain waterproofing area” <br /> <br />Remove three royal palms, deliver to City for install by City in location <br />specified by CSIB and demolish 3 concrete planters in Fountain. <br /> <br /> Repair or install concrete below planter and rebuild continuous fountain wall <br />if required.
