Time is of the essence for the time of beginning, rate of progress, and time of <br />completion of the work within this Contract. <br /> <br />1. The work shall be executed as may be required to complete the project as <br />contemplated in the Contract Documents and the approved construction <br />schedule. <br /> <br />B. Within thirty (30) days after the award of the Contract, submit to the OWNER <br />and ENGINEER, in triplicate, a listing of subcontractors, manufacturers, and <br />suppliers who will be participating in the construction or who will be supplying <br />materials and/or equipment for the project. <br /> <br />1. The address of each firm shall be listed and type of material furnished or <br />work performed. <br /> <br /> <br />END OF SECTION
