B. Preserve and deliver to the OWNER these tools and instructions in good order <br />no later than upon completion of the Contract. <br /> <br />1.08 WARRANTY <br />A. For major pieces of equipment, submit a warranty from the equipment <br />manufacturer. <br /> <br />1.09 SPARE PARTS <br /> <br />A. Spare parts for certain equipment provided under Division 11 through 16 have <br />been specified in the pertinent sections of the Specifications. <br /> <br />1. Collect and store spare parts as recommended by the manufacturer in a <br />safe location. <br /> <br />2. Provide an inventory listing spare parts, the equipment they are associated <br />with, the name and address of the supplier, and the delivered cost of each <br />item. <br /> <br />3. Provide copies of actual invoices for each item furnished to substantiate the <br />delivered cost. <br /> <br />1.10 GREASE, OIL, AND FUEL <br /> <br />A. Furnish grease, oil, and fuel required for testing of equipment with the <br />respective equipment. <br /> <br />1. Furnish the OWNER a one (1) year supply of required lubricants including <br />grease and oil of the type recommended by the manufacturer with each item <br />of the equipment supplied under Division 11 through 16. <br /> <br />B.
