D. Make documents and samples available at all times for inspection by the <br />ENGINEER. <br /> <br />E. As a prerequisite for monthly progress payments, the CONTRACTOR is to <br />exhibit the currently updated "record documents" for review by the ENGINEER <br />and the OWNER. <br /> <br />1.04 RECORD DOCUMENTS <br /> <br />A. Label each document "RECORD" in neat large printed letters. <br /> <br />B. Record information concurrently with construction progress. <br /> <br />C. Drawings; Prepared a Certified Survey, by Professional Surveyor and Mapper <br />(PSM) registered in the State of Florida, including elevations and stationing at <br />increments specified by the ENGINEER, with the following information: <br /> <br />1. Depths of various elements of foundation in relation to datum. <br /> <br />2. Underground utilities. <br /> <br />a. Record horizontal and vertical locations of existing underground utilities <br />(water, sewer, gas, electricity, signal cables, and drainage) impacted by <br />the work, with ties from permanent features to manholes, valves, <br />forcemain elbows, service lateral plugged ends, and connections to <br />sewer mains and final surface grades, wherever it varies from existing <br />grades and appurtenances uncovered during construction referenced to <br />permanent surface improvements. <br /> <br />b. Record horizontal and vertical locations of new underground utilities and <br />appurtenances: manholes, valves, elbows, fittings, service lateral <br />plugged ends, connections to sewer mains, and final surface grades, <br />referenced to permanent surface improvements. <br /> <br />3. Location of internal utilities and appurtenances concealed in the <br />construction, referenced to visible and accessible features of the structure. <br /> <br />4. Field changes of dimensions and details. <br /> <br />5. Changes made by Field Order or by Change Order. <br /> <br />6. Details not in original Contract Drawings. <br /> <br />7. Equipment and piping relocations. <br /> <br />8.
