D. Specifications and Addenda; legibly mark each Section to record: <br /> <br />1. Manufacturer, trade name, catalog number and supplier of each product, <br />and item of equipment actually installed. <br /> <br />2. Changes made by field order or by Change Order. <br /> <br />E. Shop drawings (after final review and approval) <br /> <br />1. One set of record shop drawings for each process equipment, piping, <br />(including casings) electrical system and instrumentation system. <br /> <br />1.05 SUBMITTAL <br /> <br />A. At the completion of work, the CONTRACTOR must deliver complete As-Built <br />drawings to the ENGINEER and OWNER. They shall consist of three (3) 24” x 36” <br />& three (3) 11” x 17” signed and sealed sets of blackline drawings, one (1) digital <br />electronic copy of the As-Built in Autodesk Civil3D 2014 and one (1) Adobe PDF <br />copy of the As-built. <br /> <br />1. These As-Built drawings are to be signed and sealed by a Professional <br />Surveyor and Mapper (PSM), currently registered and licensed in the state <br />of Florida. <br /> <br />B. Accompany submittal with transmittal letter in duplicate, containing: <br /> <br />1. Date <br /> <br />2. Project Title and Number <br /> <br />3. CONTRACTOR's Name and Address <br /> <br />4. Title and Number of each Record Document <br /> <br />5. Signature of CONTRACTOR or his Authorized Representative <br /> <br />C. In addition to the above the As-built will comply with the following City of Sunny <br />Isles Beach Standards. <br /> <br />• As-builts must be signed and sealed by a Florida registered land surveyor <br />• The as-built shall be clearly captioned “AS-BUILT” in large letters on the top <br />center of the sheet <br />• Provide a location map at scale 1”=300’ and section-township-range should <br />be shown <br />• Preferred scale to be 1”=20’ horizontally <br />• The as-built drawings shall indicate Street nomenclature <br />• Identify all control lines (i.e. Bldg. line, property line, right-of-way line etc.) <br /> <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach <br />NE 174th Street Roadway Improvements <br />01785 - 3 Project Record Documents <br />14-1758 / 09-19-2014 <br />
