5. Maintenance procedures: <br /> <br />a. Routine operations <br /> <br />b. Guide to "trouble-shooting" <br /> <br />c. Disassembly, repair and reassembly <br /> <br />d. Adjustment and checking <br /> <br />6. Manufacturer's printed operating and maintenance instructions <br /> <br />7. List of original manufacturer's spare parts, manufacturer's current prices, <br />and recommended quantities to be maintained in storage. <br /> <br />8. Other data as required under pertinent sections of specifications <br /> <br />D. Prepare and include additional data when the need for such data becomes <br />apparent during instruction of OWNER's personnel. <br /> <br />E. Additional requirements for operating and maintenance data: Respective <br />sections of Specifications. <br /> <br />F. Provide complete information for product specified. <br /> <br />1.08 SUBMITTAL SCHEDULE <br /> <br />A. Submit two copies of preliminary draft of proposed formats and outlines of <br />contents of Operation and Maintenance Manuals within thirty (30) days after <br />Notice to Proceed. <br /> <br />1. The ENGINEER will review the preliminary draft and return one copy with <br />comments. <br /> <br />B. Submit two copies of completed data in final form no later than 30 days <br />following the ENGINEER's review of the last shop drawing and submittal. <br /> <br />1. One copy will be returned with comments to be incorporated into final <br />copies. <br /> <br />C. Submit specified number of copies of approved data in final form directly to the <br />offices of the ENGINEER, Craig A.
