SECTION 02231 <br /> <br />CLEARING AND GRUBBING <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />PART 1 GENERAL <br /> <br />1.01 SUMMARY <br /> <br />A. Supply equipment, materials, and labor and performing functions required for <br />clearing and grubbing the work site in preparation for the Construction. <br /> <br />B. Clear and grubbing the area within the limits of construction as required, <br />including utility easements. <br /> <br />1.02 WORK SPECIFIED ELSEWHERE <br /> <br />A. Earthwork - Division 2 <br /> <br />1.03 STANDARDS AND REGULATIONS <br /> <br />A. Comply with regulations and ordinances of the State of Florida, County, and <br />City regarding burning and disposal of debris resulting from the clearing and <br />grubbing operation. <br /> <br />1.04 SUBMITTALS <br /> <br />A. Submit for approval, the location of sites to be used for disposal of debris <br />resulting from the clearing and grubbing operation. <br /> <br />1.05 MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT <br /> <br />A.
