2. If the ENGINEER finds that the obstruction adversely affects the <br />CONTRACTOR's costs or schedule for completion, a proper adjustment to <br />the Contract will be made in accordance with the and the General <br />Conditions. <br /> <br />3.03 HOUSEKEEPING <br /> <br />A. Maintain the work site and the temporary facilities in a clean and orderly <br />manner. <br /> <br />1. The OWNER reserves the right to maintain the property in a neat and <br />orderly state at the CONTRACTOR's expense if the CONTRACTOR fails to <br />respond to notices by the OWNER within reasonable time. <br /> <br />3.04 DEMOBILIZATION <br /> <br />A. At the completion of work on each phase or portion of the project, remove <br />construction personnel, equipment, and temporary facilities from the site. <br /> <br />B. Transporting unused materials belonging to the OWNER to a place of <br />storage designated by the ENGINEER. <br /> <br />C. Remove and dispose of other materials and debris resulting from the <br />construction, to an approved site. <br /> <br />D. Return areas to their original condition. <br /> <br />3.05 PROJECT SIGNS <br /> <br />A. The CONTRACTOR is required to erect project signs. The ENGINEER will <br />direct where the signs are to be placed. <br /> <br />1. Maintain signs in good condition until final completion of the project. <br /> <br />2. Remove the signs and restore the sites when directed. <br /> <br />3.06 RECORDS <br /> <br />A.
