2.03 PROJECT SIGNS <br /> <br />A. Construction and installation of a project signs is required, and must be in <br />accordance with the OWNERS requirements. <br /> <br />2.04 CONTRACTOR’S STAGING AREA <br /> <br />A. At no expense to the OWNER, arrange for and provide staging area to base <br />CONTRACTORS’ office and for material and equipment storage. <br /> <br />1. The OWNER will not provide any land for this purpose. <br /> <br /> <br />PART 3 EXECUTION <br /> <br />3.01 LAYOUT <br /> <br />A. Set up construction facilities in a neat and orderly manner within a designated <br />area at the location of his choice as approved by the OWNER and the <br />ENGINEER. <br /> <br />B. Accomplish required work in accordance with applicable sections of these <br />specifications or as approved. <br /> <br />C. Provide the services of a Professional Land Surveyor, currently licensed and <br />registered in Florida, to provide necessary horizontal and vertical survey lines <br />and control, based upon principal control points and bench marks provided by <br />the OWNER, as required by the General Conditions. <br /> <br />3.02 OBSTRUCTIONS <br /> <br />A. Some obstructions may not be shown. <br /> <br />1. Bidders are advised to carefully inspect the existing facilities before <br />preparing their proposals. <br /> <br />2. The removal and replacement of minor obstructions such as electrical <br />conduits, air, water, waste piping, and similar items shall be anticipated and <br />accomplished, even though not shown or specifically mentioned. <br /> <br />B. Major obstructions encountered that are not shown in the Drawings or could not <br />have been foreseen by visual inspection of the site prior to bidding, should <br />immediately be brought to the attention of the ENGINEER. <br /> <br />1.
