Sterilization of top soil shall not affect viability of new plant growth in <br />treated topsoil. <br /> <br /> <br />PART 3 EXECUTION <br /> <br />3.01 SURFACE PREPARATION <br /> <br />A. Wet surface to a uniform depth of two (2) to three (3) inches or until upper <br />surface is reasonable wet and compacted before installing sod. <br /> <br />B.
