SECTION 01110 <br /> <br />SUMMARY OF THE WORK <br /> <br />PART 1 GENERAL <br /> <br />1.01 SUMMARY <br /> <br />A. Detailed requirements and work extent are stated in applicable specification <br />sections of these and as shown in the Drawings as prepared by Craig A. Smith <br />and Associates of Florida, Inc., CAS Project No. 14-1758. <br /> <br />B. Provide and pay for labor, materials, equipment, tools, construction equipment, <br />applicable taxes, other facilities, and services necessary for the execution, <br />testing, and completion of the Work under this Contract. <br /> <br />C. Perform work not mentioned in the Specifications but shown in the Drawings or <br />Work not shown in the Drawings but included in the Specifications, or items not <br />specifically called out in the Contract Documents, which are necessary or <br />normally required to make each installation satisfactory and legally operable, as <br />incidental work without extra cost to the OWNER and include this expense in <br />the applicable lump sum bid for the work. <br /> <br />1.02 CONTRACT DOCUMENTS <br /> <br />A. Contract Documents include the Bidding Requirements, Contract Forms, <br />Conditions of Contract, General Conditions, Supplemental General Conditions, <br />Specifications, Drawings, Addenda, and requirements and provisions <br />incorporated therein by specific reference thereto. <br /> <br />B. Contract Documents are intended to be self explanatory and complimentary and <br />to describe and provide for the complete work. <br /> <br />C. Bidders are required to familiarize themselves with the provisions of the <br />Contract Documents and make available to prospective suppliers and <br />subcontractors appropriate information from the Contract Documents. <br /> <br />1.03 SPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br />A. Specifications included in these Contract Documents establish the performance <br />and quality requirements for materials and equipment and the minimum <br />standards for the quality of workmanship and appearance. <br /> <br />B.
