E. Errors or discrepancies in the data shown or omissions of data required for <br />accurately accomplishing the stakeout survey shall be referred immediately to <br />the ENGINEER for interpretation or correction. <br /> <br />F. Survey work for construction control processes shall be made by the <br />CONTRACTOR at his expense. <br /> <br />1.05 WORK BY OTHERS <br /> <br />A. Conduct operations to cause a minimum of interference with the work of other <br />CONTRACTORS. <br /> <br />PART 2 PRODUCTS <br /> <br />2.01 BUY AMERICAN PRODUCTS <br /> <br />A. In accordance with the Buy American Provision in Public Law 95217 (Section <br />215 of Public Law 92-500, as amended) the CONTRACTOR agrees that <br />preference will be given to domestic equipment and construction material by <br />CONTRACTOR, subcontractors and suppliers in the performance of this <br />Contract. <br /> <br /> <br />PART 3 EXECUTION <br /> <br />3.01 TIME FOR COMPLETION <br /> <br />A. Work shall be commenced at the time stipulated in the written Notice to Proceed <br />and shall be completed within the time stipulated in the Notice to Proceed as <br />described in Section 1.04B, unless otherwise requested by the Owner. <br /> <br />3.02 LIQUIDATED DAMAGES <br /> <br />A. Liquidated damages for the work specified herein shall be as described in the <br />Agreement issued by Owner. <br /> <br />B. Work must be completed within the time specified in the Contract Documents. <br /> <br />1. It is understood and agreed that deductions at the rates stipulated shall be <br />made from the total contract price for each and every calendar day after and <br />exclusive of the day within which completion was required, and up to and <br />including the date of completion and acceptance by the OWNER. <br /> <br />2.
