SECTION 01291 <br /> <br />SCHEDULE OF VALUES <br /> <br /> <br />PART 1 GENERAL <br /> <br />1.01 SUMMARY <br /> <br />A. Submit to the OWNER and ENGINEER a Schedule of Values allocated to the <br />various portions of the Work, within fifteen (15) work days after Notice of Award. <br /> <br />B. Upon request of the OWNER and/or ENGINEER, support the values with data <br />which will substantiate their correctness. <br /> <br />C. The Schedule of Values shall be used as the basis for the CONTRACTOR's <br />Applications for Payment. <br /> <br />1.02 RELATED REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />A. Conditions of the Contract - Division 0. <br /> <br />B. Applications and Certification for Payment - Division 1. <br /> <br />1.03 FORM AND CONTENT OF SCHEDULE OF VALUES <br /> <br />A. Type schedule on an 8-1/2 inches by 11 inches or 8-1/2 inches by 14 inches <br />white paper; CONTRACTOR's standard forms and automated printout will be <br />considered for approval by the ENGINEER upon CONTRACTOR's request. <br /> <br />B. Identify schedule with: <br /> <br />1. Title of Project and location <br /> <br />2. ENGINEER and Project number <br /> <br />3. Name and Address of CONTRACTOR <br /> <br />4. Contract designation <br /> <br />5. Date of submission <br /> <br />C.
