SECTION 01321 <br /> <br />CONSTRUCTION PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEO RECORDING <br /> <br /> <br />PART 1 GENERAL <br /> <br />1.01 SUMMARY <br /> <br />A. Employ a competent photographer to take construction record photographs for <br />preconstruction conditions, periodically during course of Work, and post- <br />construction. <br /> <br />B. Employ a competent video recording professional to take pre-construction, <br />existing conditions video record. <br /> <br />C. Employ a competent video recording professional to perform gravity sanitary <br />pipe inspection video recording. <br /> <br />D. Employ a competent independent contractor to prepare a thorough pre- <br />construction survey of all surface areas and features, structures, etc. <br />1.02 RELATED SECTIONS <br /> <br />A. Application for Payment - Division 1. <br /> <br />B. Project Record Documents - Division 1. <br /> <br />1.03 PHOTOGRAPHY REQUIRED <br /> <br />A. Provide photographs taken on cutoff date for each scheduled Application for <br />Payment. <br /> <br />B. View and Quantities Required: <br /> <br />1. Take a minimum of twelve (12) exposures of the site and adjacent property <br />at pre-construction, monthly, and post-construction. <br /> <br />2. Aerial photography shall be acceptable. <br /> <br /> <br />1.04 COSTS OF PHOTOGRAPHER <br /> <br />A. The CONTRACTOR to pay all costs for specified photography and prints. <br /> <br />1.
