SECTION 01327 <br /> <br />SCHEDULING OF CONSTRUCTION <br /> <br /> <br />PART 1 GENERAL <br /> <br />1.01 REQUIREMENTS INCLUDED <br /> <br />A. Submit to the OWNER and ENGINEER for approval, within fifteen (15) <br />days after Notice of Award the estimated construction progress schedules <br />for the work, with subschedules of related activities which are essential to <br />its progress. <br /> <br />B. Submit revised progress schedules on a monthly basis. <br /> <br />C. No partial payments shall be approved by the ENGINEER until there is an <br />approved construction progress schedule on hand. <br /> <br />D. An authorized representative of the CONTRACTOR’s firm shall be designate <br />and responsible for development and maintenance of the schedule and of <br />progress and payment reports. <br /> <br />1. This representative of the CONTRACTOR shall have direct project control <br />and complete authority to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR’s schedule. <br /> <br />1.02 RELATED REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />A. Prepare schedules in the form of a horizontal bar chart. <br /> <br />1. Provide separate horizontal bar for each trade or operation within each <br />structure or item. <br /> <br />2.
