RIGHTS-OF-WAY (See section B of the Bid Form) <br /> <br />The Bidder shall conduct “Landscape Maintenance Services” as defined in this ITB to all <br />City Rights-of-Way. All the tasks required in the maintenance of the Rights-of-Way shall <br />be completed in accordance with Section 3, Performance Standards & Technical <br />Specifications. <br /> <br />B1 thru B2 Removal of all litter and debris in the medians on Collins Avenue <br />and all areas within 10’ from back of sidewalk on the west side <br />and 5’ from back of sidewalk on the east side from 195th Street to <br />156th Street, to include the two landscaped parcels on the west <br />side of Collins Avenue at the eastern end of the William Lehman <br />Causeway, and the north and south sides of Sunny Isles Blvd., <br />including the Business Loop, shall be conducted two times per <br />day, 7 days a week for items B1 and B2. <br /> <br />B3 thru B23 Removal of all litter and debris on all interior streets within 5’ from <br />back of sidewalk shall be conducted once per day, 7 days a <br />week for items B3 thru B23. <br /> <br />B11 This bid item is to include the 172nd Street right-of-way from North <br />Bay Road to Collins Avenue including area along the private <br />parking lot on the south side in between the parking lot and back <br />of sidewalk. <br />  <br />4.1.3 C. BEACH ACCESS PATHS (See section C of the Bid Form) <br /> <br />The Bidder shall conduct “Landscape Maintenance Services” as defined in this ITB to all <br />Beach Access Paths. All the tasks required in the maintenance of the Beach Access Paths <br />shall be completed in accordance with Section 3, Performance Standards & Technical <br />Specifications. <br /> <br /> <br />C1 thru C17 Removal of all litter and debris shall be conducted once per day, <br />7 days a week. The landscaping for the beach access paths is <br />maintained by the adjacent property owners. <br /> <br />4.1.4 D. BUS SHELTER AND BENCH LOCATIONS (See section D of the Bid Form) <br /> <br />The Bidder shall conduct “Landscape Maintenance Services” as defined in this ITB to all <br />Bus Shelter and Bench locations in accordance with Section 3, Performance Standards & <br />Technical Specifications.
