City of Sunny Isles Beach | Invitation to Bid No. 17‐05‐01 61 D1 thru D3 Removal of all litter and debris shall be conducted once per day, 7 days a week. 4.1.5 E. PARKING LOTS (see section E of the Bid Form) The Bidder shall conduct “Landscape Maintenance Services” as defined in this ITB to all City parking lots. All tasks required in the maintenance of City parking lots shall be completed in accordance with Section 3, Performance Standards & Technical Specifications. E7 This bid item is to include the areas around the Heritage Park Parking Garage, the area along the pathway to the Wm Lehman Causeway on the south side of the garage, the areas along the Ocean Reserve Condo and those areas adjacent to the right-of- way (i.e. the wall). E8 This bid item is to include the North, South and West sides of the Gateway Park Parking Garage between the property line and garage. E1 thru E8 Removal of all litter and debris shall be conducted once per day, 7 days a week. 4.1.6 F. GOVERNMENT FACILITIES (see section F in the Bid Form) The Bidder shall conduct “Landscape Maintenance Services” as defined in this ITB to all Government facilities. All tasks required in the maintenance of Government Facilities shall be in accordance with Section 3, Performance Standards & Technical Specifications. F7 This bid item is to include the Public Works compound with trailers underneath the Wm Lehman Causeway between the Intracoastal Waterway and North Bay Road. F1 thru F7 Removal of all litter and debris shall be conducted once per day, 7 days a week. 4.1.7 G. SEASONAL COLOR REPLACEMENT (see section G in the Bid Form) The Bidder shall conduct “Landscape Maintenance Services” as defined in this ITB to replace the City’s seasonal color three times per year in a timely fashion.
