In <br />such case, the Cvutpany has the option not to requ:rc t'ollcw-up testing. if follow-up testing is <br />required, it will be conducted at least once a year for a two-year period after the co i.Iction Uf the <br />program. advance notice of the fallcw-up testing date will not be given W the employee who is to <br />bi; tested. <br />[4] <br />
