' l t www sibll.net _ 0 - <br /> .,D.- Qr P <br /> �y� r.00, o4''. <br /> C` <br /> 1Y OF SUS' <br /> • Have a fully equipped and well established firm as required in this <br /> solicitation and which may be verified by on-site inspection within ten <br /> (10) mile radius of the City of Sunny Isles Beach. <br /> • Bidder must be able to show a minimum of five (5) years of experience in <br /> Fleet Maintenance Repair, <br /> • Facility must provide security in the form of a fenced lot, or inside of a secure <br /> building, for no less than four(4) standard sized vehicles simultaneously. <br /> • Must provide at least 3 public or private sector clients' references of clients which <br /> the firm has provided similar services listed within this bid. <br /> • The bidder(s) is required to have the capabilities to perform routine, scheduled, <br /> unscheduled, and any major component overhaul, rebuilding, repairing and <br /> replacement capabilities. <br /> • Bidder shall perform drug test screening on all employees and provide <br /> pass/fail results to the City Manager or designee, upon request. <br /> 2.7 PRICE <br /> If the vendor is awarded a contract under this solicitation, the prices proposed by the vendor <br /> shall remain fixed and firm during the term of contract. <br /> 2.8 PERFORMANCE BOND <br /> Intentionally Omitted <br /> 2.9 DELIVERY <br /> All bidders shall quote prices based on F.O.B. Destination and shall hold title to the goods until <br /> such time as they are delivered to, and accepted by, an authorized City representative. <br /> 2.10 INSURANCE <br /> Comprehensive General Liability with minimum limits of Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00) per <br /> occurrence combined single limit for Bodily Injury Liability and Property Damage Liability. <br /> Coverage must be afforded on a form no more restrictive than the latest edition of the <br /> Comprehensive General Liability policy, without restrictive endorsements, as filed by the <br /> Insurance Services Office, and must include: <br /> o Premises and Operation <br /> o Independent Contractors <br /> o Broad Form Property Damages <br /> o Broad Form Contractual Coverage applicable to this specific Contract, including any hold <br /> harmless and/or indemnification agreement. <br /> o Personal Injury Coverage with Employee and Contractual Exclusions removed, with <br /> minimum limits of coverage equal to those required for Bodily Injury Liability and <br /> Property Damage Liability. <br /> City of Sunny Isles Beach I Invitation to Bid No. 17-08-01 12 <br />
